2 lbs. Hiller’s fresh ground beef
2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
2 (15 oz.) cans light red kidney beand, drained and rinsed
2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (28 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 large yellow onion, diced
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/3 cup mild chili powder
3 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
Brown meat with diced yellow onion over low heat.
Add all spices, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beans. Simmer for 30 minutes, add green onions and serve.
