Italian Bean Salad

Recipe Ingredients

3 cans Canellini beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 C. celery, diced
1/2 C. green onions, diced
1/4 C. olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Drain and rinse beans.  Mix with other ingredients.  Chill and serve.
