Glazed Mahi Mahi In Parchment

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs. mahi mahi filets
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. hoisin sauce
1 c. red pepper, green onions and carrots, julienned and mixed
coarse black pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Cut fish into 6- to 8-oz. portions. Mix honey and hoisin sauce together. Place 8 oz. of fish into parchment paper. Top each portion with 2 T. of honey-hoisin mixture and julienned vegetables. Season with coarse black pepper. Fold parchment over fish and crimp the edge. Bake at 350ºF for 25 to 35 minutes. Cut open parchment and serve.
